The Chicago Bears, established in 1920, are one of the NFL's oldest and most storied franchises. Originally known as the Decatur Staleys, the team moved to Chicago in 1921 and quickly became a cornerstone of pro football history. The Bears have won nine NFL championships, including the legendary 1985 Super Bowl under coach Mike Ditka. Known for producing Hall of Famers like Walter Payton, Dick Butkus, and Brian Urlacher, the Bears are defined by tough defense and loyal fans. They play their home games at Soldier Field on the shores of Lake Michigan.
